What GetOnIt is

GetOnIt is a managed AI assistant service for small business teams. When you sign up, your team gets an AI assistant that connects to your messaging apps (Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Microsoft Teams) and helps with project tracking, knowledge management, client follow-ups, and more.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use GetOnIt
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account, including team members you invite

Free trial

• New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required
• You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends
• If you don't subscribe after the trial, your account will be suspended (data retained for 30 days)
• You can export your data at any time during or after the trial

Pricing and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly at the rate shown at time of purchase
• Pricing is per team, not per seat — your whole team uses one subscription
• AI processing costs are included in your subscription — no separate usage charges
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard with no cancellation fees
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

Fair use

GetOnIt is designed for normal business use. We don't impose strict message limits, but we reserve the right to limit usage that is automated, abusive, or significantly exceeds typical business patterns. Storage is limited by your plan (5GB or 25GB). We'll notify you before taking any action.

Acceptable use

Don't use GetOnIt for:

• Anything illegal
• Spam, harassment, or abuse
• Circumventing resource limits or abusing shared infrastructure
• Attempting to access other users' data or systems
• Generating content that violates AI provider acceptable use policies

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (including third-party provider outages). We'll communicate planned downtime when possible.

Your data

• You own your data. Your conversations, files, and configurations belong to you
• We don't claim any rights to content you create or store
• You can export all your data at any time from your dashboard

AI processing

Your assistant's AI responses are generated by third-party model providers. Your prompts and context are sent to these providers for processing. We select providers with strong privacy commitments, but their own terms and privacy policies apply to that processing.

We are not responsible for the content generated by AI models. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should review AI-generated content before acting on it, especially for business-critical decisions.

Account termination

• By you: Cancel your subscription or delete your account anytime from your dashboard
• By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible
• On termination, your data is retained for 30 days (for export) then permanently deleted

Limitation of liability

GetOnIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, AI-generated content, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We'll email you about material changes with at least 30 days notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
